Developing Coaching Capacity for Educators

The foundational and advanced coaching series have been invaluable to our work at the State Support Team (SST). Coaching is arguably the most essential skill of the regional support staff. Building a consistent and coherent approach to coaching leads to better support in the field. The caliber of training would be difficult to replicate through a region-by-region approach. The use of a multi-region training increases integrity and extends learning through the establishment of a true learning community.

Setting time aside to meet with our team and our coach has been beneficial to our district. We have had several deep conversations around educational leadership and inclusive practices.
