Designed specifically for Ohio’s smaller school districts, this series provides practical strategies, collaborative learning, and expert guidance to help leaders strengthen continuous improvement efforts, improve instruction, and accelerate student success—especially in literacy and mathematics.
Participants will explore how to:
- Strengthen literacy and mathematics outcomes
- Build district-wide instructional coherence
- Implement high-quality instructional materials effectively
- Apply evidence-based instructional and leadership practices
- Lead sustainable improvement through Ohio’s Integrated MTSS framework
- Build collaborative leadership capacity across the district
Series Schedule
Choose the morning session, 8:30–10:30 a.m., or afternoon session, 12:30–2:30 p.m.
Teams may attend together or divide participation between sessions.
